James Ip regards street photography as a natural extension of his training as a journalist and storyteller. His work explores themes of human isolation and interaction, as well as community and belonging. James is a graduate of Ryerson University’s journalism program. He lives and works in the Toronto suburb of Scarborough with his partner.
