This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use and storage of information obtained from the Users (Information) through the use our site and services. We do not sell available personal information to third-parties. We use collected Information exclusively for our internal and marketing purposes and as necessary by the nature of the services. In some instances, we are obliged to comply with court orders and government requests and provide Information or parts of it to authorized bodies. We may disclose or access Information whenever we believe in good faith that the law so requires, such as to comply with a litigation, or that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or if we otherwise consider it necessary to do in order to continue to provide our services. The Information on users is divided into personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable Information depending on whether Information can identify the user as a specific person.

 

The mission of the MOVETogether is to connect sports enthusiasts, trainers and organizations for sport, recreation, prevention and rehabilitation, and enable them to be more productive and successful. Our registered users (Users) will present their personal and professional identities by creating their sports profile and sharing their basic information, achievements, knowledge and information. Keeping your information private and trusting, along with providing the ultimate social networking experience, are our top priorities, and we will always protect your privacy.

 

2. Changes to the Privacy Policy

 

MOVETogether reserve the right to change Privacy Policy at any time without prior notification. The current version of Privacy Policy is available on the site indicating the effective date. You are encouraged to periodically check our Privacy Policy.

If you need any further clarification, or you have any objection to any made changes, you may contact us for clarification, to indicate why those changes should not take effect, or, if you do not substantially agree with them, you may choose to close your account. If you continue to use our Services after we post or notify you of any changes to this Privacy Policy, you agree that you are consenting to these changes.

By accessing the Site you agree to have your information handled as described in this Privacy Policy. The services are intended for a general audience and are not targeted at children. We take children’s online safety very seriously, and if we ever learn that the Information collected belongs to a child, we will immediately remove any such Information.

If you are an individual, you must be at least 16 years of age to became a user and and to accept these Privacy Policy independently. If you are between the ages of 13 and 16 (or between 13 and the age of legal majority in your country of residence), you may only register under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by this Policy. If you are between 13 and 16 years of age, during the registration you will be asked to provide us with the consent of your parent/guardian, or the parent/guardian will use our services on behalf of the minor, with their profile. With this consent the parent/guarding agrees with our policy and that we can collect and process their personal information and personal information of the future User.

You can choose not to receive these e-mails by following the opt-out procedure described in the e-mail.

In the case of our Android apps, you will be notified of the types of data (e.g. location) that will be sent to the MoveTogeher. If you choose to use our application after this notice, we process this information to enable the registration for you. If you do not wish to become a member of the MoveTogeher, we will delete this information.

 

7. Third Party Websites and Services

 

The Site or e-mails may contain links to other external websites that do not fall under our domain. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such external websites. If you choose to follow such links to external websites, you do so at your risk.

 

We may use third party services like Google Analytics, AdWords and other. Cookies from such services are used to collect data for statistical reports.

 

It may be necessary to disclose personal information, profile information, or information about your activities as a User when required by law, whether in Federal Republic of Germany or other legal systems. We will use our best endeavors to notify Users of legal requirements for their (your) personal information when required in our discretion, unless prohibited by law or court order.
